State of Minnesota v. DEO
Isanti County District Court
Charges:
- Drugs – 5th Degree Possession: DEO was charged with possessing methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance, which is a felony offense.
- Introducing Contraband into Jail: DEO was found with methamphetamine in his possession while being booked into the Isanti County Jail, leading to a gross misdemeanor charge.
- Domestic Assault: DEO was accused of domestic assault, a misdemeanor, for allegedly inflicting bodily harm on a household member during a physical altercation.
Result: Charges Dismissed
Defendant DEO faced multiple charges which began with a domestic dispute reported in October of 2024, where DEO allegedly assaulted the victim, leading to his arrest . During the arrest, a meth pipe was found on him, and further contraband was discovered at the jail.
