Aitkin County Criminal Case
Mark Kelly was retained after his client’s bail had been set at $600,000.
At the bail hearing, Mr. Kelly challenged the narrative initially presented regarding his client’s actions before and after the tragic death of her infant son.
Following the hearing, the court reduced bail from $600,000 to $75,000, allowing the client’s family to secure her release from jail while the case remained pending.
The court also found that it had been misled by information presented by law enforcement.
The criminal case remains pending.
